Holy Cannoli...What's next????????

Well, it's hard to know where to begin. Fancy's little cutie pie puppies were growing up and getting cuter every day. Fancy was really starting to get used to all of us. Our sweet adorable Brie had come back to live with us forever...and Bonnie and Royal's itty-bitty puppies were really getting funny and cute *******AND THEN THE EXCITEMENT BEGAN.  Human Mom slipped in the hall, went flying high up in the air---and her for "grand finale"--landed full weight (all ___pounds of her) right on her knee. After the loudest yelling and cussing you (or at least we) ever heard...poor ole' Mom pulled, crawled and screamed her way across the floor till she could pull the phone down where she could reach it to call Lisa and with more screaming...yelled "HELP".  Then she pushed her poor knee back into place till Lisa came to take her to the ER. After X rays, Pain med(finally) and a brace on the leg it was time to try the painful journey home. Turns out that Mom crushed or split her knee-cap in half.  We went to Walgreens to pick up Rx and a cane for Mom to use.  Not long after arriving at Lisa's house where she could get some loving tender care...this stupid klutz(that we usually call our human Mom) walked into her cane (go figure??) and broke the toe on her other foot.

Here are some of Mom's caretakers, including other family friends...and some unbelievable good friends who went way beyond the call of duty.

Cause the WORST part of this whole ordeal, other than the pain and knee part...was that she had to find new homes for all but a couple of her beloved , sweet, cute adorable dogs and puppies...She will miss them forever. So that might be part of the reason that she has
turned into a "cryaholic"...something we have never seen her do!

Anyway, that's all for now, except to say a huge and grateful thank you to everyone who has helped and cared and been concerned.  Much love to you all...and a special thank you to Margo Lathem for bringing us a meal which was sorely needed and appreciated by us all.

BTW, forgot to mention that I picked a rotten time for this to happen...EVERYONE was battling some kind of virus or flu. Lisa and the kids had the bad headachy
one...Darrell and Tod were running high fevers with respiratory problems...so when I say they went beyond the call of duty...I mean SERIOUSLY !! Oh yeah-my sweetie friend who's caring for my litter that are still to young to sell ,yet, just is finishing up her chemo treatments. What wonderful friends and how I love them and all my family SO MUCH <3
